Dear Dowling Catholic Band and Color Guard Parents,
Welcome to
the Dowling Catholic Band Boosters! We are looking
forward to another exciting and successful year. We are
a parent-run organization and our mission is to assist
and support the band directors, staff, and students in
order for them to put on top-notch performances. There
are many ways for you to get involved and share your
talents with the band; uniform fittings, chaperoning,
setting up for performances, fundraising, recruiting,
decorating, and planning, feeding the band, to name a
few. Being an active member of the Band Boosters is also
a great way to meet other parents and form new
friendships.
The information on
this website should answer many questions you may have.
To begin Step One of the registration process, please
click "Register Your Student!" on this page and
complete the on-line form. For Step Two of the
registration process, you will see a link to download
three forms to print, complete and mail to our booster
secretary, Jane Willey, by July 15th. These forms are
Student Fees, Medical Information and Uniform
Responsibility Agreement.
Mark your calendars for the 3rd Annual Band
Kick-Off Picnic, Wednesday, August 3, 5:30 - 7:00 at
Dowling Catholic High School. This year we will be
having a ribbon cutting for the new band room followed
by the picnic dinner. Come and meet our new band
families, plus reconnect with returning band families.
